Hey dude, I hope all is well with you guys. You were the first person/ family to open my eyes about moving out of CA. As a youth I embodied CA and the lifestyle. I grew up surfing Santa Cruz and lived in San Luis Obispo for a number of years. Surfing, skating, being a Californian, going to the Sequoia Redwoods. I saw you guys move out. I was pretty stunned really. I saw you on your OneWheel. I was hooked. Like you we moved. It was hard at first. Texas isn’t easy especially at first. It took my wife and I a full 3 years to get settled. Ok well I’ve got a pizza to make and beer to drink. I hope God blesses all of you and looks out for Babs. Thanks again-Ashley

It’s not only the great smoky mountains in Tennessee. It’s all of Tennessee. That’s beautiful except from downtown Nashville.

I agree with you on the weather. 4 seasons is the best climate. That crispy cold air in the winter is amazing. I live in Texas and I hate this hot long and humid summer, it is miserable. Plus on top of that it is always sunny here and that sucks. I was thinking of moving to either Tennessee or Oregon, just to escape the heat.
